The Commission consulted on the draft Water Industry Guideline for financial and operational performance reporting for minor and intermediate retailers as part of its broader review process. Part C of the final decision on the economic regulation of minor and intermediate retailers of water and sewerage services sets outs the Commission's final decision on the ongoing financial, operational performance and compliance reporting requirements for minor and intermediate retailers.
