Targets
The Minister for Energy and Mining (Minister) sets an overall energy productivity target to be achieved by obliged retailers through the provision of energy productivity activities to South Australian households and businesses. The annual energy productivity targets (as expressed in normalised gigajoules of energy) for REPS 2021-2025 are:

The Minister sets an amount of the energy productivity target required to be undertaken in low-income households. The annual priority group energy productivity targets (expressed in normalised gigajoules of energy) for REPS 2021-2025 are:

Energy productivity targets – Individual retailer
The Commission apportions the overall energy productivity targets for each obliged energy retailer in accordance with the Regulations and the formulae gazetted by the Minister on 25 March 2021 (see pages 1054 to 1055 of the No. 18 South Australian Government Gazette 2021).
Annual targets for 2021-25 and designated energy purchases for 2021-22 were gazetted on 18 October 2021. (see page 3798 of the No.69 South Australian Government Gazette 2021). This replaced the annual targets gazetted on 21 December 2020 (see pages 6024 to 6122 of the No. 98 South Australian Government Gazette 2020).
