Water retail licence application – The Corporation of the City of Marion

The Commission varied the Corporation of the City of Marion’s water retail licence, authorising the sale and supply of non-drinking water to residential and non-residential customers in the City of Holdfast Bay and City of Mitcham council areas. 

The Commission has assessed the application against the relevant provisions of the Water Industry Act 2012 and the Essential Services Commission Act 2002 (as they apply to the Commission's role as an economic regulator of the South Australian water and sewerage service industries). It has therefore approved the variation.
