Overview
The Commission has completed a review of the REES Code. As a result of its
review, the Commission proposes amendments to the REES Code, including changes
to existing activity specifications, as well as general administrative
updates.

The Commission has reviewed all submissions submitted in response to the
draft decision (released in November 2013) and, taking into account those
submissions, now releases its final decision.
The changes to REES Code set out in the Commission’s final decision will take
effect from gazettal on Thursday 27th February 2014.
