Overview
The Commission has commenced a review of the Retailer Energy Efficiency Scheme (REES) Code to apply from 1 January 2019, to align with the Department of State Development’s review of REES annual targets and activity minimum specifications. The review of the REES Code aims to identify improvements in the Commission’s administration of REES.

The Commission has released its final decision on the REES code review. It is not proposing to make changes to the REES Code at this time. The reasons for this decision is set out in the Final Decision.
