The Commission has made an administrative variation the District Council of Grant’s water industry retail licence in accordance with the Water Industry Act 2012.

Variation dated 21 Jul 2015 (Amendment number ESCOSA 1)
The District Council of Grant’s water retail licence has been amended to correct the list of townships that appear in the annexure of the licence. The original licence issued (10 Jan 2013) contained references to: Mt Pleasant, Williamstown, Lyndoch, Tanunda, Nuriootpa, Springton, and Stockwell. These were removed from the licence.
