Overview
ElectraNet wrote to the Commission on 26 November 2012, proposing various
amendments to the recently reviewed electricity transmission code (TC/07), which
is due to take effect on 1 July 2013.
The Commission decided to consult publicly on ElectraNet’s proposals and has
released ElectraNet’s letter as the consultation document on which submissions
were sought.

Final
Following a period of public consultation on its draft decision the
Commission has released its final decision on ElectraNet's proposed amendments
to the electricity transmission code (TC/07).
The Commission received four submissions in response to the draft decision
which were given due consideration in arriving its the final decision
The final decision resulted in some transitional and minor amendments to the
code that were proposed by ElectraNet in November and December 2012. It also
explains the Commission’s final decision on each proposed amendment put to the
Commission.
The amended electricity transmission code, TC/07 (Version 2), will take
effect on and from 1 July 2013.
