Approval granted for electricity generation licence variation – LMS Energy

On 16 January 2024, the Commission varied the electricity generation licence of LMS Energy Pty Ltd removing the following generator plant: 

Location 3: 1,054 PVC395 MP Caterpillar photovoltaic panels with a maximum export limit of 199kW, located at Gillman.

The Commission assessed this application against the relevant provisions within the Electricity Act 1996 and the Essential Services Commission Act 2002 and determined that all relevant criteria under those Acts have been satisfied. It has therefore approved the application.
