Electricity generation licence application – Sustainable Energy Infrastructure Pty Ltd - Archived

The Commission has received an application from Sustainable Energy Infrastructure Pty Ltd for an electricity generation licence in accordance with the Electricity Act 1996 (Electricity Act). The applicant is seeking to take over the operation of a 4.4 megawatt gas fired co-generation facility located at the Coopers Brewery, Regency Park, which is currently operated by AGL South Australia Pty Ltd.

The application submitted by Sustainable Energy Infrastructure Pty Ltd is subject to a public consultation period closing on 27 July 2018. Interested parties wishing to make a submission on this licence application should prepare a submission which addresses the criteria noted above.
