Electricity generation licence – Goyder Wind Farm 1 Pty Ltd

On 15 November 2022, the Commission approved the application from Goyder Wind Farm 1 Pty Ltd for an electricity generation licence, authorising the operation of 38 x 5.5MW GE Wind Turbines, with a total nameplate capacity of 209MW and total export capacity of 201MW.

The Commission assessed the application for an electricity generation licence against the relevant provisions of the Electricity Act 1996 and the Essential Services Commission Act 2002 and determined that all relevant criteria under those Acts were satisfied. It has therefore approved the licence.
