The Commission has received an application from Alano Utilities Pty Ltd in accordance with the Water Industry Act 2012. The licensee is seeking to vary its water industry retail licence to allow for the provision retail services to customers connected to a sewerage service in Liberty and Eden Hills estates at Two Wells.

The application for variation is subject to a public consultation period which ends on 16 February 2018. Any persons wishing to provide a submission to the Commission on the application are asked to provide it by the close of business on this date.
