The Commission has released a fact sheet reporting on SA Water’s regulatory performance during the period 1 July 2017 to 30 June 2018.
It details SA Water’s performance against its regulatory requirements, including service standards. These relate principally to customer service and the reliability of drinking water and sewerage services.
