The Commission has received an application from Cape Jaffa Anchorage Essential Services for a water retail licence in accordance with the Water Industry Act 2012 Act. The applicant is seeking to provide only non-drinking water located at Cape Jaffa.  

The application is subject to a public consultation period which ends on 10 December 2021. Any persons wishing to provide a submission to the Commission on the application are asked to provide it by the close of business on this date.
