The Commission has released the SA Water Regulatory Performance Report 2016-17.
The SA Water Regulatory Performance Report provides information on the performance outcomes for SA Water during the period 1 July 2016 to 30 June 2017. It details SA Water’s performance against its regulatory requirements, including service standards. These relate principally to customer service, financial assistance provided to customers and the reliability of drinking water and sewerage services.
