In June 2013, the Commission made a price determination to apply to minor and intermediate water retailers to apply for the period 1 July 2013 to 30 June 2017 (Price Determination).
The Commission has determined to extend the term of the current Price Determination.
The Commission released a draft subsequent determination to further vary the term of the Price Determination on 29 May 2018 for public consultation. In response to this, the Commission received two submissions supportive of the Commission’s proposal to extend the term of the Price Determination until such time as a new price determination is made or it is revoked.
