Robusto Investments preservation regulatory determination – External review

On 16 October 2023, under Section 32 of the Essential Services Commission Act 2002, Robusto Investments lodged an application with the South Australian Civil and Administrative Tribunal for an external review of the Commission’s regulatory determination made on 3 October 2023.
