The Commission varied Wattle Range Council water retail licence authorising the operation of a further Community Wastewater Management System (CWMS), and associated infrastructure, for up to 470 residential and non-residential connections located at Beachport.

The Commission has assessed the application against the relevant provisions of the Water Industry Act 2012 and the Essential Services Commission Act 2002 (as they apply to the Commission's role as an economic regulator of the South Australian water and sewerage service industries). It has therefore approved the variation.
