Water retail licence application for exemption – Hillbank Water Supply Pty Ltd - Archived

The Commission has received an application from Hillbank Water Supply Pty Ltd for an exemption from the requirement to hold a water retail licence under the Water Industry Act 2012. Hillbank Water Supply Pty Ltd provides drinking water to 29 residential customers located along Blacktop and Williams Road, Hillbank.  

The application is subject to a public consultation period, which ends on 8 July 2021. Any persons wishing to provide a submission to the Commission on the application are asked to provide it by the close of business on this date.
