Water licence variation - City of Marion

The Commission has received an application from the Corporation of the City of Marion for a water retail licence variation in accordance with the Water Industry Act 2012 Act. The applicant is seeking to provide non-drinking water services to residential and non-residential customers located in the City of Mitcham and the City of Holdfast Bay council areas.  

The application is subject to a public consultation period which ends on 8 February 2024. Any persons wishing to provide a submission to the Commission on the application are asked to provide it by the close of business on this date.
