Variation to water retail licence application – District Council of Franklin Harbour - Archived

The Commission has received an application from the District Council of Franklin Harbour for a variation to its water retail licence in accordance with the Water Industry Act 2012. The applicant is seeking to provide drinking water to residential and non-residential customers located along the Cowell-Kimba, Snow and Glynn Roads in Cowell.  

The application is subject to a public consultation period, which ends on 25 February 2021. The Commission welcomes submissions on any matters relevant to the application.
