Approval granted for a water retail licence to Adelaide Hills Berry Farms Pty Ltd

The Commission has granted Adelaide Hills Berry Farms Pty Ltd a water retail licence, authorising the provision of non-drinking water to residential and non-residential customers at Uraidla, South Australia.
The Commission has assessed the application against the relevant provisions of the Water Industry Act 2012 and the Essential Services Commission Act 2002 (as they apply to the Commission's role as an economic regulator of the South Australian water and sewerage service industries). It has therefore approved the licence.
