Variation to electricity generation licence application – LMS Energy Pty Ltd

On 4 October 2023, the Commission received a variation request from LMS Energy Pty Ltd. The applicant seeks a variation to remove the following generator, listed at location 3 in the Annexure:
The solar generating plant consisting of 1,054 PVC395 MP Caterpillar photovoltaic panels with a maximum export limit of 199kW, located at Gillman.
The application is subject to a public consultation period closing 17 November 2023. The Commission welcomes submissions on any matters relevant to the application.
