Variation to electricity generation licence – EDL Group Operations - Archived

On 23 February 2018, the Commission varied the electricity generation licence held by EDL Group Operations Pty Ltd to remove generation operations at Tea Tree Gully, Highbury and Pedlar Creek, and updated clauses to reflect amendments to the Electricity Act 1996 and outdated references.
The Commission assessed this application against the relevant provisions of the Electricity Act 1996 and the Essential Services Commission Act 2002 and determined that all relevant criteria under those Acts have been satisfied.
