Approval granted for electricity distribution licence application - Enerven Energy Infrastructure - Archived

On 14 February 2018, the Commission issued an electricity distribution licence to Enerven Energy Infrastructure Pty Ltd to enable the operation of an existing electricity distribution network located at and near the towns of Woomera and Pimba.

The Commission assessed this application against the relevant provisions of the Electricity Act 1996 and the Essential Services Commission Act 2002 and determined that all relevant criteria under those Acts have been satisfied.
