The Commission has received an application from Enwave Tonsley Pty Ltd for an electricity distribution licence in accordance with the Electricity Act 1996 (Electricity Act). The applicant is seeking to operate an electricity distribution network located at the Tonsley Innovation District.
The application submitted by Enwave Tonsley Pty Ltd is subject to a public consultation period that ends on 27 July 2018. Interested parties wishing to provide a submission to the Commission on the application are asked to provide it by the close of business on this date.
