The Commission has received an application from Y.E.S (Aust) Pty Ltd for an electricity generation licence in accordance with the Electricity Act 1996 (Electricity Act). The applicant is seeking to operate a solar generation plant with a maximum output capacity of 216 kilowatts. The generation plant will be located at Murtho.  

The application submitted by Y.E.S (Aust) Pty Ltd is subject to a public consultation period closing on 31 August 2018.  A copy of the application and information on how to make a submission, can be accessed below.
