The Commission has received an application from Enerven Energy Infrastructure Pty Ltd for an electricity distribution licence in accordance with the Electricity Act 1996 (Electricity Act). The applicant is seeking to operate an existing electricity distribution network located near the towns of Woomera and Pimba.
The application submitted by Enerven Energy Infrastructure Pty Ltd is subject to a public consultation period that ends on
25 January 2018. Interested parties wishing to provide a submission to the Commission on the application are asked to provide it by the close of business on this date.
