The Commission varied South Australian Water Corporation’s electricity generation licence, authorising the operation of an additional generating plant with a generating capacity of 1.24 mega-volt amperes and maximum export level of 657 Kilowatts located at:
The Commission assessed this application against the relevant provisions within the Electricity Act 1996 (Electricity Act) and the Essential Services Commission Act 2002 (ESC Act) and determined that all relevant criteria under those Acts have been satisfied. It has therefore approved the application.
The application for the variation sought to authorise additional generating plant at the locations below. The assessment of the additional generating plant listed below will be considered separately at a later date.
