AGL SA Generation Pty Ltd – Electricity generation licence variation approval

On 24 November 2022, the Electricity (General) (Prescribed Conditions) Amendment Regulations 2022 (amended regulations) came into effect, which require the Commission to include a new mandatory condition in the electricity generation licence of AGL SA Generation Pty Ltd.

The Commission has considered and approved a variation to the AGL licence to reflect the new mandatory conditions required by the amended regulations. The current AGL licence is available on the Commission’s licence register.
