SA Power Networks – Electricity distribution licence variation approval

On 24 November 2022, the Electricity (General) (Prescribed Conditions) Amendment Regulations 2022 (amended regulations) came into effect, which require the Commission to include new mandatory conditions in the electricity distribution licence of SA Power Networks. The Commission has considered and approved a variation to the SA Power Networks licence to reflect the new mandatory conditions required by the amended regulations.

The current SA Power Networks licence is available on the Commission’s licence register.
