The Commission has received an application from Diamond Energy Pty Ltd for an electricity generation licence in accordance with the Electricity Act 1996. The applicant is seeking to operate a 1.06 megawatt solar generating plant, with a total export capacity of 400 kilowatts, located at Lot 399 Distillery Road Monash.

The application is subject to a public consultation period closing on 4 September 2020. The Commission welcomes submissions on any matters relevant to the application.
