Annual report 2021-22

The Commission is pleased to present its 2021-22 Annual Report under the Essential Services Commission Act 2002.  The Annual Report outlines the work of the Commission in meeting its primary objective of protection of the long-term interests of South Australian consumers with respect to the price, quality and reliability of essential services.

Annual Report also includes Annual Reports for the Commission’s access regulator roles under the Water Industry Act 2012, Maritime Services (Access) Act 2000, Railways (Operations and Access) Act 1997 and AustralAsia Railway (Third Party Access) Act 1999.
