The Commission is pleased to release its Annual Report 2014-2015 which outlines
the Commission’s key activities and performance over the last financial
year.
Section 39(1) of the Essential Services Commission Act 2002 requires
the Commission to deliver its Annual Report to the Treasurer within 3 months
after the end of the financial year. The Annual Report was tabled in parliament
in October 2015.
The Annual Report includes the functions and objectives of the Commission,
relevant legislation and the organisational structure of the Commission and is a
comprehensive summary of the Commission’s activities in 2014-2015.
