On 26 April 2022, the Commission initiated the next steps in implementing the Inquiry into regulatory arrangements for small-scale and off grid energy services. This included variations to licence conditions to reflect the varied reporting arrangements, together with administrative updates, to the following licences:
- BHP Olympic Dam Corporation Ltd - electricity transmission and distribution licence
- Enerven Energy Infrastructure Pty Ltd - electricity distribution licence
- Municipal Council of Roxby Downs - electricity distribution licence
- CPE Tonsley Pty Ltd - electricity generation licence
- CPE Tonsley Pty Ltd - gas distribution licence
- CPE Tonsley Pty Ltd - Electricity Distribution Licence
- District Council of Coober Pedy - electricity retail and distribution licence
- Dalfoam Pty Ltd - electricity generation, distribution and retail licence
- Jeril Enterprises Pty Ltd - retail, generation and distribution licence
