Overview
The Commission has recently undertaken a review of the structure, format and
content of guideline No 2 and proposed a series of amendments.
The Commission has reviewed the submissions and, taking into account the
issues raised in response to the draft decision, the Commission now releases
this final decision. The amended version of guideline No 2 will become effective
from 1 July 2010 to capture the 2010/2011 operational performance reporting
period.

The Commission has recently undertaken a review of the structure, format and
content of guideline No 2 and proposed a series of amendments. The purpose of this
review was to ensure that appropriate data are obtained to allow the Commission
to perform its functions, without unduly burdening retailers through this
process.
The Commission has reviewed the submissions and, taking into account the
issues raised in response to the draft decision, the Commission now releases
this final decision.
The amended version of guideline No 2 will become effective from 1 July 2010 to
capture the 2010/2011 operational performance reporting period.
