Overview
The Commission has received an application from CPE Funding Pty Ltd for an electricity generation licence to operate a 550 kilowatt solar generating plant, with an export capacity limited to 199 kilowatt, located at 90 Sherriffs Road Morphett Vale, and the transfer of an electricity generation and distribution licence held by EN Project Company One Pty Ltd.

The Commission has authorised the transfer of an electricity generation and distribution licence held by EN Project Company One Pty Ltd to CPE Funding Pty Ltd and has varied the licence to authorise the operation of a 550 kilowatt solar generating plant, with an export capacity limited to 199 kilowatt, located at 90 Sherriffs Road Morphett Vale.
The Commission undertook a round of public consultation in relation to the application and received no submissions from stakeholders.
The Commission assessed the application by CPE Funding Pty Ltd for the transfer and variation of the licence against the relevant provisions of the Electricity Act 1996 and the Essential Services Commission Act 2002 and determined that all relevant criteria under those Acts have been satisfied. It has therefore approved the application.
