Water retail licence application for exemption - Adelaide HIlls Berry Farm - Archived

The Commission has received an application from Adelaide Hills Berry
Farm Pty Ltd (Adelaide Hills Berry Farm) for an exemption from the
requirement to hold a water retail licence under the Water Industry Act
2012 (the Act). Adelaide Hills Berry Farm provides a non-potable water
service to residential and non-residential customers in Uraidla.
The application for exemption submitted by Adelaide Hills Berry Farm is
subject to a public consultation period which ends on 27 June 2016. Any
persons wishing to provide a submission to the Commission on the
application are asked to provide it by the close of business on this
date.
