Issues Paper on the Australian Gas Networks regulatory framework review 2026-2031

The Commission has published an issues paper on proposed focus areas for the Australian Gas Networks regulatory framework review 2026-2031. The Commission is seeking feedback on the paper and on the effectiveness of the regulatory instruments that apply.  

The Commission invites written submissions on the issues paper by 12 April 2024.

The Commission will publish a draft decision on any proposed changes in July 2024, ahead of a final decision in January 2025.
