Electricity generation licence application – Venergy Pty Ltd - Archived

The Commission has received an application from Venergy Pty Ltd for an electricity generation licence in accordance with the Electricity Act 1996 (Electricity Act). The applicant is seeking to operate a 450 kilowatts (kW) solar photovoltaic generating plant located at 515 South Road, Regency Park.

The application is subject to a public consultation period closing on 30 June 2021. The Commission welcomes submissions on any matters relevant to the application.
