Variation to electricity generation licence application – Vibe Energy Pty Ltd

On 23 August 2023, the Commission received a variation request from Vibe Energy Pty Ltd. The applicant seeks a variation to remove the following generator authorised by its licence:

  • Diesel (or Bio-diesel) generator within the Tatiara Meat Company, Meatworks Road, Bordertown - maximum capacity of approximately 480kW.

The application is subject to a public consultation period closing 29 September 2023.  The Commission welcomes submissions on any matters relevant to the application.
