The Commission has made an administrative variation the District Council of Ceduna’s water industry retail licence in accordance with the Water Industry Act 2012.

The District Council of Ceduna’s water retail licence has been amended to correct the retail water services that appear in the annexure of the licence.
Part A of Annexure 1 was amended to clarify that the District Council of Ceduna is licensed to provide the sale and supply of drinking water through the Ceduna Koonibba Water Scheme. This operation extends beyond the council boundaries. A map of the Ceduna Koonibba Water Scheme operation was added to the licence (Annexure 2), which depicts the operations and authorises the council accordingly.
