Overview
The Commission, as a part of its licensing function, sets certain regulatory
obligations, including transmission network reliability standards, through the
Electricity Transmission Code (Code). The Code applies to all licensed
transmission entities. The purpose of this review is to set the transmission
reliability standards so that ElectraNet can develop its planned capital and
operating costs, to be incorporated into its regulatory business proposal to be
submitted to the AER for its next revenue determination.
