On 16 September 2020, Enwave Tonsley Pty Ltd provided the Commission with the relevant documentation from the Australian Securities and Investments Commission, confirming its change of name from Enwave Tonsley Pty Ltd to CPE Tonsley Pty Ltd.
The electricity distribution licence, issued on 17 August 2018, has been varied to reflect this change of name.
