Approval of Monarto Water Network Ltd application for a water retail licence - Archived

On 14 February 2018, the Commission granted a water retail licence to Monarto Water Network Ltd authorising the sale and supply of non-drinking water to residential customers in Monarto.
The Commission assessed the application against the relevant provisions of the Water Industry Act 2012 and the Essential Services Commission Act 2002 (as they apply to the Commission’s role as an economic regulator of the South Australian water service industries) and determined that all relevant criteria had been satisfied.
