On 16 May 2018, the Commission varied the water retail licence held by Alano Utilities Pty Ltd to authorise the retailing of sewerage services at Two Wells up to a maximum of 475 connections.

The Commission assessed Alano Utilities Pty Ltd application for a variation to its water licence against the relevant licensing provisions set out in the Water Industry Act 2012 and the Essential Services Commission Act 2002 and determined that all relevant criteria under those Acts have been satisfied.
