The Commission has received an application from NWIC Pty Ltd for a water retail licence in accordance with the Water Industry Act 2012 Act (Water Act). The applicant is seeking to provide non-drinking water to residential and commercial customers located in the Northern Adelaide Plains.  

The application is subject to a public consultation period which ends on 15 September 2020. Any persons wishing to provide a submission to the Commission on the application are asked to provide it by the close of business on this date.
