The Commission has received an application from the Wattle Range Council to vary its existing water industry retail licence to include the operation of the Community Wastewater Management Scheme (CWMS) located at Beachport.  

The application is subject to a public consultation period which ends on 8 October 2021. Any persons wishing to provide a submission to the Commission on the application are asked to provide it by the close of business on this date.
