Water retail licence application for exemption – Bibaringa Water - Archived

The Commission has received an application from Bibaringa Water Incorporated for an exemption from the requirement to hold a water retail licence under the Water Industry Act 2012. Bibaringa Water Incorporated currently supplies water to 65 allotments within approximately 4km2 of the area known as Bibaringa.  

The application is subject to a public consultation period, which ends on 15 October 2021. Any persons wishing to provide a submission to the Commission on the application are asked to provide it by the close of business on this date.
