Surrender of water retail licence – District Council of Yankalilla - Archived

On 9 July 2019, the District Council of Yankalilla notified the Commission that it wished to surrendered its water retail licence, effective immediately. The water retail services previously provided by the District Council of Yankalilla have been transferred to SA Water.
Accordingly, the District Council of Yankalilla has provided written notice to the Commission, pursuant to section 32 of the Water Industry Act 2012, of the surrender of its water retail licence.
