The Commission has received an application from Mark Andrew Harrold for an exemption from the requirement to hold a water retail licence under the Water Industry Act 2012 (WI Act). The applicant is seeking to provide non-drinking water to six residential customers located in Clare Valley.    

The application is subject to a public consultation period which ends on 17 November 2021. Any persons wishing to provide a submission to the Commission on the application are asked to provide it by the close of business on this date.
